As a Level 2 Help Desk Technician, you will deliver outstanding service to our clients through onsite, email, and telephone support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Resolving Help Desk tickets with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Diagnosing and resolving desktop, printer, and network problems
* Administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and other cloud services
* Liaising with third-party vendors to resolve complex issues
* Providing onsite support and training to end users as needed
* Escalating issues to your team leader and actioning calls according to agreed SLAs
We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in a similar role, strong time management and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with common backup solutions. You should also have experience with endpoint management, M365 administration, and networking and remote support.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, confident, and have a passion for achievement. You must hold a valid Victorian Driver's license, own a car, and have full, unrestricted working rights.
