English / HASS Teacher
We are looking for a secondary full-time ongoing English / HASS teacher from 2026.
St Martin de Porres is a secondary Catholic CaRE (Curriculum and Re-engagement in Education) School in Broome. It provides a safe and nurturing educational environment for young people who are unable to attend a mainstream school.
Being able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard, empathy and an ability to create engaging personalised learning programs are the most important requirements for this role.

Selection Criteria
* Ability to teach secondary English and HASS. The ability to teach RE would also be advantageous.

Qualifications Required
* Have a four-year teaching qualification.
* Have a commitment to Child Safety and Protection consistent with the CEWA Child Safe Framework.
* Possess, or be willing to obtain, Accreditation to Teach / Teach RE in Catholic Schools.
* On appointment, successful applicants will require National Police Screening, a Working with Children Check and TRBWA registration.
