Our client, Serco, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician, to join their team at the Clarence Correctional Centre in Grafton NSW, to undertake response and rectification maintenance works to achieve a high standard of performance within the Facility.

Your new work location will be situated in the Northern Rivers, Clarence Valley Region. About the role: SERCO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician, who possess the following qualities and experiences:
* Demonstrate extensive experience within an electrical maintenance position in a large and complex environment
* Demonstrated knowledge on refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
* Keen and willing to build and maintain effective relationships with all clients
* Ability to receive direction, synthesis technical information and concepts and perform physical tasks.
* Ability to explain technical information and concepts regarding operation of the technology to non-technical users
* Self-driven, reliable and motivated
* Solutions-driven
* Positive attitude
Mandatory requirements:
* Trade Qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* Valid Refrigerant Handling Licence
* Current Drivers Licence
* Willing and able to pass a criminal history police check
* State Approval – authorisation and clearance by CSNSW
* Good physical fitness, with the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
