Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategic direction of our regional depots. This role will be responsible for overseeing operational performance, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost management.
The successful candidate will provide tactical leadership in supply chain management, operations administration, and logistics. They will also oversee equipment maintenance, employee management, and third-party depot activities.
* Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary guidance on operational performance, innovation, and cost initiatives.
* Supply Chain Management: Oversee warehousing, distribution, and carton erecting processes to fulfill customer orders.
* Operations Administration: Manage equipment, employees, agents, and logistics across the network.
* Safety Performance: Drive improvement in safety standards and compliance with relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Business, with at least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations in a large organization. They should have excellent communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a strong working knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
