One of our Clients is seeking to engage Business Analyst – APS6 Level. This is a long-term contractual role.

Length of contract: 12 months + 12 months extension

Job Description:
Client is non-ongoing Business Analyst (contractor) to support the assessment of Scientific and IT equipment and software within Forensic Command.
Job skills and qualifications:
* Ability to analyse a problem and provide a solution based on the requirements.
* Experience in:
* Engaging with stakeholders at both technical and non-technical levels.
* Capturing business processes related to ict and/or forensic systems.
* Capturing ICT system requirements including scientific equipment.
* Experience in the following methodologies/principles:
* Cyber Security Practices (e.g Australian Government Information Security Manual, Essential 8).
* ITIL Service Management.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Engage key stakeholders to document the scope of work to be completed and the required end products to be presented to Forensic Management.
* Engage with stakeholders of various ICT Systems within Forensics Command to assess and capture their support requirements, system requirements and business processes.
* Engage with stakeholders within the client to assess and capture current support arrangements, system infrastructure and business processes that affect Forensics Command.
* Prepare and documenta report for Forensics Command detailing the previously stated points.
Technical skills:
* SFIA Skill Level: Business Modelling Level 5.
* Client Work Level Standards: Technical Specialist Level 1 (APS Band 6).
* Demonstrate how your skills, experience, and previous work align with the client's requirements as set out in the description.
* Demonstrate your Capability and Capacity to deliver the requirements.
