Adecco are seeking a Crane Truck Operator to join our client\'s team. This role is responsible for transporting precast props to and from construction sites, operating cranes safely and efficiently, and assisting with prop maintenance. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring props are delivered and managed to the highest standards while supporting safe and effective site operations.

Responsibilities
- Shift times from 6:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday.
- Drive a crane truck to and from building sites
- Operate cranes to lift, load, and move precast props
- Deliver and collect props from construction sites
- Conduct routine prop maintenance and maintain accurate stock counts
- Inspect and maintain crane equipment to ensure compliance and safety
- Ensure all loads comply with safety requirements and legal limits
- Operate forklift (if licensed) or 3t truck crane for loading/unloading
- Assist with collection and transport of additional site equipment as required
Your Profile
- HR Truck Licence (mandatory)
- Dogman HRWL (mandatory)
- Vehicle Loading Crane (CV) licence (mandatory)
- White Card (mandatory)
- First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- High Risk Forklift Licence (advantageous)
- WHS qualifications (advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge
- Excellent focus, attention to detail, and ability to judge distances accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
