As our Program Manager, you'll provide leadership and direction across a suite of youth health programs, including:
* Open Access drop-in services
* Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Program
* The Youth Health Fund
* Derwent Valley Youth Support Service
You'll play a major role in shaping service delivery, building high-performing teams, and ensuring the sustainability, safety and effectiveness of our work. You will also ensure that communications and external messaging reflect our organisational brand, values and voice.
This role is a key member of The Link's Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO .
Candidates must have at least 5 years of leadership experience to provide effective direction and leadership across our youth health programs.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a health/ community or human service setting
A relevant Bachelor's degree is required for this senior leadership role, ideally in allied health, social sciences or a health-related discipline.
Current Australian work rights are required at the time of application.
