This position is for work in Bathurst Island, Darwin and Gove so you must be willing to travel and work a 3 week on 1 week off roster. Charter flights, accommodation and meals are provided.

* Carpentry Trade Certificate
* Exceptional Carpentry Skills
* Machinery Operating Tickets a massive advantage
* Minimum 5 years industry experience
* Knowledge of Safety requirements on construction sites
* Commitment to quality workmanship, practices and procedures
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
* Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Preferred Criteria
* Understanding of NT Government construction projects
* Truck HR and MC
* Genuine willingness to learn and develop trade skills
* Motivated, reliable and punctual
* Interest in a long-term career in the construction industry
* Basic experience or exposure to construction
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in varying conditions
* Commitment to workplace health and safety
