**Key Responsibilities**:
- AP ATB management and reporting
- Processing of petty cash reimbursements and staff expenses, corporate credit cards
- Create new supplier accounts and edit
- Identify Purchase Order discrepancies
- Post payment batches and daily bank reconciliation entries
- Process new vendor account requests, create and amend existing
- Receive and manage daily mail
- Keep accurate and organized records of all payable transactions and related documents.
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or in a similar finance role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance practices
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
