As a Business Growth Specialist, you will lead market-expanding origination growth within your territory, collaborating closely with commercial asset finance brokers.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, onboard, and activate new commercial asset finance brokers to expand our market presence through regular face-to-face engagement.
* Develop long-term relationships with existing brokers to ensure high engagement, increased share of wallet, and consistent deal flow.
* Drive sales performance within your territory, ensuring steady origination volume growth and increased portfolio activation.
* Maintain a high-touch approach, meeting with brokers in person regularly to strengthen relationships and drive business expansion.
* Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and policy changes, providing proactive feedback to enhance product offerings and maintain our competitive edge.
* Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to optimize broker engagement, retention, and performance, ensuring industry-leading results in your territory.
* Drive disciplined sales activity, including frequent in-person meetings with key brokers, strategic account reviews, and execution of growth plans.

* Strong understanding of commercial asset finance, particularly within the broker channel.
* Demonstrated experience managing broker relationships and driving lending volume.
* Proven ability to increase broker utilisation, share of wallet, and generate new business.
* Ability to engage, influence, and support brokers to maximise business potential.
