**About the Role**:
Multiple positions are available for **full time experienced gardeners - Developing team leaders **for our garden maintenance department.
You will require good horticultural knowledge to be successful in this position.
As the successful applicant, you will take a leading role in our team, working in some of Melbourne's Best Gardens, performing complete garden care for our clients.
This role comes with a company provided work vehicle.
**Skills & Experience**:
- 3 years of high-end garden maintenance experience.
- Certificate III in Horticulture or higher.
- Strong and detailed horticultural knowledge is needed.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Positive work ethic - punctual, reliable and honest.
- A friendly, outgoing manner, with sound communication skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Experience with irrigation systems and soft-landscaping is considered advantageous.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
