We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our production process, responsible for the setup and maintenance of dies and moulds essential to our operations.
As a member of our production team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless and efficient operation of our machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up, adjust and maintain dies and moulds for pipe production machinery.
* Conduct inspections and troubleshoot dies to guarantee they meet quality standards and specifications.
* Collaborate closely with the production team to facilitate proper die changes and adjustments during the manufacturing process.
* Monitor equipment performance and execute necessary adjustments to minimize downtime and waste.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Die Setter.
* Forklift license & Overhead Crane operating license essential.
* Knowledge working in PVC environment preferred.
* Knowledge in Fault-finding & Mould changes.
* Technical knowledge and proficiency in machine operations and maintenance.
* Technical training or certification is preferred.
