The ERP Business Analyst role is a critical position that requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business processes, analyze data, identify gaps, and facilitate change readiness.
This role will be instrumental in translating business needs into system solutions, supporting testing, training, and go-live activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements across multiple value streams.
* Collaborate closely with business areas and technical teams to create, validate, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
* Support data gathering, cleansing, and validation for migration and reporting.
* Identify gaps between existing business processes and system capabilities, recommending solutions.
* Develop tools and documentation to support business readiness and change management.
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to gather insights, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support testing, change management, and implementation activities by providing subject matter expertise and ensuring traceability of requirements through to delivery.
