Lead Community Health Nurse
This position involves a Lead Community Health Nurse with expertise in community health, leadership abilities, and experience working with vulnerable populations. The post holder will oversee and manage the Community health team, be a clinical expert, and participate in public health initiatives.
* A Registered Nurse with valid registration
* Postgraduate qualification in District Nursing or equivalent
* Qualified to degree level or above
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective community health strategies
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and organizations
* Contribute to the development of public health policies and initiatives
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration
* SPQ District Nursing qualification or equivalent
