Join the team as our Category Sales Executive for Goggles & Apparel and help drive Oakley's wholesale success across ANZ. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll be at the centre of seasonal planning, sales execution, and top-tier customer engagement. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end wholesale order process, support go-to-market delivery and play a key role in bringing our Goggles category to life. This is an office-based role located at our North Sydney headquarters, with key travel periods across ANZ approximately twice a year for 3–4 weeks at a time. During these periods, you will support a busy schedule of customer meetings.
As part of a global business, occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate meetings or responsibilities outside standard office hours only when necessary.
Requirements for Success
This role is pivotal in delivering commercial growth through structured, strategic execution. Success will be measured against the following priorities:
* Drive Seasonal Pre-Book Performance by executing disciplined GTM strategies that unlock sell-in growth and maximise customer readiness.
* Improve Business Margins across key wholesale accounts by optimising assortment mix, pricing architecture, and replenishment opportunities.
* Strengthen Sell-Through & Account Performance by delivering compelling seasonal presentations, localised assortments, and in-field support to our top-tier partners.
* Establish Scalable Commercial Systems that support cross-functional efficiency, category visibility, and improved execution from planning through to delivery.
* Enhance GTM Discipline through precise coordination of tools, samples, and product information, enabling sales teams and customers to perform at their best.
* Lead Category Performance for Goggles by aligning global inputs with local consumer insights, ensuring relevance, lifecycle optimisation, and channel differentiation.
* Analyse sales performance and operational data to deliver insights on sell-in progress, forecasting accuracy and growth opportunities
* Execute Structured Sales Strategies to grow revenue, streamline operations, and deliver high-impact results for both customers and internal stakeholders liaising between Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service
Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years' experience in sales support, sales operations, or category coordination, ideally within fashion, apparel, or sporting retail.
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
* Commercially minded with strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of wholesale operations, seasonal product cycles, and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
* Experience in assortment planning, range development, and delivering customer-facing presentations.
* A collaborative team player with a proactive and professional mindset.
* Strong design sensibility with the ability to curate localised product assortments in line with brand strategy.
* Comfortable working with senior buyers and presenting in a client-facing environment
