Our client Is a leading plastic Multi National packaging company who are experiencing significant growth and have positions for Die Setters.
Role is to prepare machines, people, tooling and peripheral equipment for optimum production performance and to overview production process. Set tools safely and efficiently. Trouble shoot and help the ongoing machine processes. Act as a stand in supervisor in certain circumstances.
The role on offer is nightshift 11pm - 7.06am with a true temp to perm position on offer.
**The Role**
- Physical Changeover of tooling, set up machine, start up and production
- Running of production maximise rate and Minimize waste
- Quality Checks
- Change PET roll stock rolls
**What are we looking for**
- Thermo setting Experience desirable
- Forklift Licence desirable
- Machine Operator Experience working with plastic advantageous
- Must have an Mechanical or Technical Aptitude
- Problem Solve
- Use hand tools
- Basic Die Maintenance very advantageous
- Work on own and willing to learn
- Forklift and Basic MS Office skills advantageous
- Follow instructions
- Willingness to learn
- Must have Crane Ticket
