Key Responsibilities:
The primary function of this role is to oversee and coordinate site operations.
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure production standards are met.
* Manage labour-related issues to maximize staff contribution to company objectives.
* Maintain quality control, hygiene, and bio-security standards within the workplace.
* Maximize resource utilization for business benefit.
* Foster a culture of continual improvement, risk management, and occupational health and safety.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
* A minimum of secondary education, with tertiary qualifications in agriculture being advantageous.
* A minimum of three years experience in broiler breeder management.
* A strong track record as a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage staff effectively.
* Proficiency in administrative tasks, including document control.
* A proactive approach with a focus on accuracy and independent working.
