We currently have a full-time permanent position available for a
Parts Interpreter
at our
Shepparton Dealership
which services, repairs and maintains a large range of industry leading John Deere equipment.
The Role
You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
High quality customer service via phone and face to face enquiries
Promoting and selling products
Invoicing of goods and services
Managing stock and daily orders and ensuring stock inventory levels are adequate
Verify shipping receipts and stock orders against inventory
Liaising with the Service Department to ensure parts are available for service work
Liaising with the Sales Department to ensure parts and accessories are available for new machines and equipment
Preparing and maintaining the showroom and merchandise displays
Following all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
To be successful you will need
Previous experience in a parts environment
Current and valid driver's license
Reliable, punctual and flexible (rostered weekend work may be required)
Self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and ability to work within a team or independently
Strong customer service focus and work ethic
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Sound computer skills
Well presented
Preferred
Certificate in Parts Interpreting or equivalent industry training
Previous experience in the agricultural industry
Experience in the automotive or earthmoving industries
