Work Location: Opportunities are FIFO from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing or Kununurra to our Pilbara WA mine sites.
Rosters available: Our rosters range from 7D7N7R, 7D7N14R, 8D6R7N7R or 8D6R depending on site and department.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining plant and equipment to ensure the efficient operation of the ore processing facility
* Follow standard work instructions
* Conduct daily inspections
* Provide quality shift handovers, and maintain daily logs and reporting
* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to help improve plant performance
* Identify hazards in the work environment and resolve them in an efficient and timely manner
Qualifications and Experience
* Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting
* Previous experience operating large scale wet or dry processing plants, ideally in a mining environment
* Ability to risk assess and apply controls with a high regard for safety
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through two-way operations
* Current C Class Drivers Licence
