**Payroll & Implementation Manager**
Founded in 1992, Employment Innovations (EI) provides intuitive software and employment solutions that help Australian businesses of all sizes grow. Our HR, payroll SaaS platforms and professional services make employment easier by permanently changing the way employment is managed.

Our outsourced payroll team is rapidly growing and we're looking for a passionate Payroll & Implementation Manager to join our payroll management team. This role will see you manage your own portfolio of clients and manage a team of Payroll Team Leaders. You'll be implementing our HR and Payroll technology, training our clients on the system as well as processing high volume payroll.
We currently have four other Regional Payroll & Implementation Managers who you'll collaborate, share ideas with and help solve complex payroll and implementation queries as they arise. Our payroll team is passionate about the industry and so are we!

**The role**
- Manage, support and develop Payroll Business Partners and Team Leaders within your team
- End-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly client pay runs in accordance with instructions, agreed expectations and best practice
- Perform full function payroll tasks including on-boarding, auditing, reconciliations, terminations, superannuation and ATO Reporting
- Project manage client implementations end-to-end and follow established processes including kick-off meetings and system configuration
- Manage more complex and high maintenance payrolls within your portfolio
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Advanced payroll experience and knowledge with a passion for payroll, systems & management
- Proven experience leading or managing a team
- Experience with payroll system implementation or project management
- Experience with high volume end-to-end payroll processing and using a cloud based payroll system (ideally KeyPay) and a HR platform (ideally Employment Hero)
- Excellent excel, communication, technical and time management skills
- A natural ability to engage and build rapport with senior stakeholders and enjoy presenting training sessions to small group
