We're Hiring: Business Development & Promotions Coordinator
We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Business Development & Promotions Coordinator to grow our retail footprint and support our stockists with simple, effective in-store promotions.
This is a hands-on role that blends sales development with promotional coordination — ideal for someone who knows how to open new doors, strengthen relationships, and make sure our products are getting the visibility they deserve in-store.

What You'll Do
* Secure new stockists: Identify opportunities, reach out, pitch, and convert
* Build relationships: Maintain regular contact with key retailers to ensure sell-through and reorders
* Coordinate in-store promotions: Plan and deliver window takeovers, shelf displays, samples, and events
* Support launches and seasonal campaigns: Ensure stores have what they need to promote the brand
* Monitor performance: Track activity, gather feedback, and report on results

About You
* You have a proven track record in sales development or account management, ideally in retail, wholesale, or FMCG
* You're comfortable making outbound calls, pitching, and following up — and you know how to close a deal
* You can spot commercial opportunities and aren't afraid to chase them
* You're organised, outcome-focused, and understand what drives sell-through at store level
* You take ownership, solve problems quickly, and follow through on the details

Experience
* 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management
* Ideally experienced in working with retail buyers or independent store owners
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own pipeline
