About the Role
The Care and Support Services Liaison Officer provides advocacy and program support for Foster and Kinship Services. This role is responsible for daily program operations, carer recruitment, marketing, data entry, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and communication with service users.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support and project management or case management in an office environment
* Engage with staff, clients, families, contractors, and visitors from diverse backgrounds
* Liaise with stakeholders and respond to their changing needs
* Manage records and databases efficiently
* Coordinate projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Current motor vehicle license
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Satisfactory National Crime Check
* Current Working with Vulnerable People registration
* Competency in Microsoft Office computer software
* Tertiary qualification in marketing, sales, recruitment, or human services field
