Job Description As Portfolio Associate Director of Sales, you will support the Portfolio Director of Sales & Marketing in leading the overall sales strategy across the portfolio. You will manage key accounts, identify new revenue opportunities, drive sales performance and work closely with revenue management and operations teams to maximise market share and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a portfolio of key corporate, inbound and wholesale accounts Identify, research and secure new business opportunities across both properties Support the development and execution of sales budgets, forecasts and strategic sales plans Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to optimise ADR, occupancy and total hotel revenue Drive business development activity, including sales calls, account reviews and ROI reporting Develop a strategic plan for identifying major account and business opportunities in all market segments and thereby broadening the account base Coach, mentor and support the sales team to achieve KPIs and grow capability Collaborate closely with the hotel’s operational teams to uphold service excellence Ensure consistent use of Accor systems and adherence to brand standards and values Represent the hotels and Accor at industry events, trade shows and networking functions Have a complete understanding of the Hotel sales vision; its products, services, and rate structure to fulfil business objectives
