As the Onboarding Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide daily support to our People and Projects teams in Australia and South Africa/Botswana. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition for new starters.

2. Assist with medical bookings, coordinate specialist follow-ups
3. Tend to candidate pipelines until start dates are reached
4. Welcome newcomers by ensuring their business onboarding process runs smoothly
