Tranquil Minds Psychology & Psychiatry Solutions (TMPPS) is an established multidisciplinary private mental health practice with over 30 years of experience in Sydney. Due to continued growth and expansion into additional locations, we are seeking an experienced Senior Psychiatrist to join our team.
This role is suited to a psychiatrist looking for stable, long-term private practice work with strong administrative support, consistent demand, and flexible remuneration options.
The Role
* Adult (and/or adolescent) psychiatry
* Ongoing management, assessments, and medication reviews
* Consistent patient demand with reduced wait times
* Opportunity to work across multiple TMPPS locations
* Collaborative multidisciplinary environment (psychiatry, psychology, counselling)
Remuneration
* Annual package: $600,000 – $750,000 (all-inclusive), OR
* Daily locum rate: $2,800 – $3,600 per day
(Structure dependent on experience, availability, and agreed working arrangement)

Requirements
* FRANZCP (or substantially comparable)
