You will be providing clinical care to clients in their homes under the guidance of our Clinical Care Manager, as part of Home Care's clinical team.What You Will DoAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring:Overseeing and providing clinical care to clients under the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Nursing program, home care packages, NDIS, and other funding streams.Clinical services as required including comprehensive health assessments, wound care, and catheter careLiaising with GPs, discharge planners, and other stakeholders to achieve positive clinical outcomes for our clientsCompleting competencies with field staffProviding clinical insights to our office-based teamEnsuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and Australian Community Industry StandardsWho are you and what will you bring?Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essentialExceptional clinical skills including in comprehensive assessment and wound careUnderstanding of, and commitment to person-centred careOutstanding problem-solving skills and communication skills (including report writing and documentation)Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlinesCurrent unrestricted NSW Drivers' Licence and access to a registered and comprehensively insured motor vehicleFirst Aid Certificate and CPRA commitment to contributing to a positive team culture by upholding the Bundaleer valuesInterested?
