Our client is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to join their team! What you'll be doing?
Oversee design packages: You will ensure the quality and compliance of complex design packages and technical documentation.
Provide strategic guidance: Deliver high-level technical guidance and strategic input across all project phases.
Lead project delivery: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and drafters, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Engage with stakeholders: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
Who are they looking for?
Proven experience: Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience, including 5+ years in a consultancy environment.
Technical expertise: Expertise in roads, subdivisions, stormwater, water, and sewer projects.
Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
Attention to detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to review complex technical reports.
Chartered status: Chartered status (CPEng, RPEQ, or NER) is required.
