Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Team Member.
This is a seasonal casual employment opportunity that will run from October to February, supporting our stores during their busiest time. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping us achieve our business objectives.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Provide exceptional customer service at checkout and customer service desks.
o Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas as part of our team effort.
o Be the last point of contact to offer a great shopping experience.
