SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for an experienced Host Responsibility professional who will manage and lead our Host Responsibility function in this newly created role.
**_ About the role_**
Reporting to our Group GM Host Responsibility based in New Zealand (direct) with a dotted line into our Managing Director - Australia (indirect), this role will be responsible for providing strategic direction in respect of SkyCity Adelaide's Host Responsibility Programme to ensure that the Programme minimises risks to the business and is leading the way in Host Responsibility and governance practices. The Head of Host Responsibility will build a high performing culture within the team, which drives strong business engagement of Host Responsibility with the wider business, as well as developing key external relationships to strengthen the SkyCity brand with key external partners and regulators. This role is integral to working towards a 'leading the way' reputation and will continuously seek ways to improve the Host Responsibility function at SkyCity Adelaide.
