It is licensed for 166 places, including sessional and integrated kindergarten groups.About the position:The General Manager is the senior leadership role, reporting to the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include leading staff, ensuring effective operation, implementing the Strategic Plan, and engaging the community. The role involves operational decision-making, people management, financial oversight, governance, compliance, and resource management. The GM acts as the main communication link between the Board, staff, families, and stakeholders. The position requires on-site presence with flexible working arrangements.About you:We seek an experienced, resilient leader with a qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, and at least 3-4 years of recent management experience in a similar setting. Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Acts, Regulations, governance, and financial management of budgets over $3 million is essential.
