IT Support Engineer (Level 2) — MSP | Perth | $75k–$95k + Super

At Future Logic, you'll work across multiple SMB clients, own outcomes, and grow with mentors who've documented how we work and how we look after our people.
What You'll Do
* Handle support tickets and perform advanced troubleshooting across diverse systems (networking, servers, cloud, security)
* Bridge frontline support and senior engineering—own incidents end-to-end and escalate smartly
* Support project deployments and contribute to improving SOPs and documentation
* Keep clients in the loop with clear, proactive comms and tidy notes
What To Expect Day-to-day
* It's fast-paced, context-switching MSP work; we set realistic rhythms and respect balance
* Ticket hygiene & time entry matter (notes visible to clients; time entered daily by 10am next workday)
* Occasional after-hours emergencies can occur (documented compensation applies)
Must-haves
* 2–4 years MSP experience; strong M365, Windows; foundational Azure
* Perth-based, unrestricted work rights, WA licence + car (site visits)
* You care about people, clarity, and finishing well
Salary & Benefits
* $75k–$95k + super (DOE), paid time for certs, mentoring, structured 30/60/90 plans
* WFH flexibility is possible after probation; we have clear WFH guidelines when it's appropriate
