Chef De Partie Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing your section, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. You will also contribute to menu development, kitchen organisation, and team leadership.
You will work closely with the F&B team to create seamless guest experiences, managing stock levels, controlling costs, and minimising waste. Additionally, you will train, inspire, and guide junior team members in their culinary development.
Requirements
* Certificate or Diploma in Commercial Cookery (from a registered training provider)
* Previous experience in a hotel or busy restaurant kitchen, with some shift leadership responsibility
* Strong time management and communication skills
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
