Administration Role
This senior administrative position involves leading the management and continuous improvement of various systems and processes. You will work with diverse stakeholders to effectively process, store, and report against confidential information.
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, doctors, and other internal staff. Your strong planning and organising skills, ability to problem solve, and proactive approach to work will enable you to excel in this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar senior administrative role, well-developed administrative skillset with an ability to identify and lead process improvements, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong planning and organising skills with excellent attention to detail, and well-developed problem-solving skills.
* Lead the management and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, doctors, and other internal staff.
* Manage enquiries from referring doctors and patients.
* Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the executive team.
