Position Overview
Permanent Coordinator role located in Thornbury East. Working hours are 7:00 am – 9:00 am, 2:55 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with an additional 2 hours of administrative duties.
Responsibilities
* Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children.
* Design and facilitate activities that foster learning and creativity.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensure the well‐being and safety of every child in your care.
* Manage a team of educators.
Qualifications
* Genuine passion for working with children and commitment to positively impacting their lives.
* Experience in childcare or early childhood education.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
* Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid).
* Australian work rights.
* Diploma-level qualification as recognised by ACECQA, completed or in progress.
