We are seeking an accomplished Senior Client Advisor to represent this esteemed maison within its flagship boutique on Melbourne's prestigious Collins Street. In this pivotal role, you will curate an extraordinary, bespoke client journey, offering refined guidance and nuanced expertise across the brand's most coveted jewellery and timepiece creations. Your deep appreciation for high jewellery, artisanal craftsmanship, and heritage design will enable you to provide thoughtful, personalised recommendations that honour each client's individual style and aspirations. As a true custodian of the maison's values, you will showcase each collection with poise, passion, and authority, ensuring every encounter is memorable, harmonious, and aligned with world‐class luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will build enduring, trust‐based relationships with discerning clients by intuitively understanding their needs and delivering excellence at every interaction.
* Provide expert counsel on gemstones, precious metals, haute joaillerie techniques, and the artistry behind each unique piece
* Guide clients through considered, confident purchasing decisions
