About the Position:
WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a boutique, family-run agency in North Beach. This close-knit team is based right on the coast and is looking for an experienced Property Manager to take on a premium portfolio. You'll be backed by a high-performing team, and for the right person, this role offers the opportunity to step into a Team Leader position.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Manage a premium, compliant, and growing portfolio of approx. 50 properties
* Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Oversee leasing, tenant selection, and lease preparation
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renewals, and rent reviews
* Ensure compliance at all times with WA legislation, banking, and trust accounting
* Professionally liaise with tenants and landlords
* Coordinate inspections, lease renewals, and maintenance requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
* Oversee new tenant sign-ups and conduct final inspections
* Manage bond disposals and rental arrears
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven property management experience (ideally at Senior level)
* Minimum 5 years' experience with the ambition to step into a Team Leader role
* WA Property Management Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Strong knowledge of WA legislation and processes
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills
* Professional, proactive, and relationship-focused approach
* Current WA driver's licence
