Customer Service Role Overview
We are seeking a warm, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our Centre Management team at Casuarina Square.
This role will be the first point of contact for our shoppers, creating positive experiences and supporting daily centre operations.
The successful candidate will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and play a key role in delivering a high standard of service across the centre.
* Greet guests and assist with enquiries
* Coordinate mobility hire and support marketing activities
* Provide essential support to our Centre Management Office through administrative and operational tasks
