Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Assistant to support our operations at the Defence Base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organising and controlling daily workflow - receiving, scanning, sorting, and placing incoming goods on shelves.
* Providing exceptional customer service to Defence members.
* Answering customer queries regarding stock location and progress.
* Receipt and delivery of goods.
* Assisting with regular stock takes and cleaning of work site.
* Operating computer systems to obtain details of stock quantity and location.
About You:
* Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
* Intermediate computer skills and excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to handle high volumes of customers servicing Defence members.
* Experience with SAP is beneficial but not essential.
* Candidate must hold a valid Driver's licence.
* Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance and therefore, must be an Australian Citizen.
