About the role
This permanent position involves working as a key member of our administrative team. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients, answering telephones, taking messages and scanning documents.
* Greeting patients in a courteous manner
* Taking telephone calls
* Taking accurate messages
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can work independently and as part of a team. A high level of organisation & multi-tasking is required. Experience with medical software would be highly regarded.
