With a proud history dating back to 1980 and a national footprint of ten branches, CAPS is a trusted name in delivering innovative compressed air and power generation solutions to industrial and manufacturing clients across Australia.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on solution selling and business development across Victoria. You'll work closely with clients to understand their operational needs and deliver tailored systems that include air and gas compressors, blowers, generators, pneumatic and electric tools, pumps, and air treatment equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business opportunities and grow existing accounts across the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
* Deliver customised solutions that improve efficiency and reliability for clients.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
* Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and customer engagement.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within industrial equipment or engineering solutions.
* Strong understanding of compressed air systems, power generation, or related technologies.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-starter with a passion for solving customer challenges.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Victoria.
