About the role
This is a full-time Sales Assistant role at Bundy Chop Shop, located in Bundaberg North QLD 4670. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall sales operations in a fast-paced retail butcher shop.
What you'll be doing
1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers
2. Processing sales transactions and cash handling
3. Maintaining excellent stock control and merchandising standards
4. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
5. Supporting store operations and contributing to a positive team environment
What we're looking for
1. Enthusiasm and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
4. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
5. Previous meat industry (Butcher Shop) experience is preferred but not essential
