This position plays a critical role in providing broad administrative support to our Peppertree team, including but not limited to purchasing, ordering, Maximo operations and compliance recording. You will also assist the Maintenance and Warehouse teams and provide administrative support to our Peats Ridge, Hall, and Mugga sites as required.
This role is a 12-month maternity leave contract, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable completion of tasks.
Your day will involve:
Track and manage site costs through the online cost tracker
Raise and receipt purchase orders
Receipt and sign off of heavy mobile equipment (HME) pre-starts
Management and ordering of supplies (e.g., office, catering, uniforms)
Assist quarry operations team in managing their Preventative Maintenance work orders
Assist Workshop with general administration when required
What are we looking for?
Strong administration and data entry background
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office suite
Ability to quickly learn our systems and processes
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Good organization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines
