Position Overview
This position requires not only an administrative mindset but also a sales-oriented approach. The individual will create systems to maximize effectiveness in converting leads, track success metrics, and suggest improvements in follow-up techniques and tools.
The Assistant Lead/ISA Coordinator must be disciplined in handling new leads and information requests from prospects, demonstrating high focus and organization to complete their tasks efficiently.
The role involves converting a large volume of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up and drip campaigns. The ideal candidate is well-organized, service-minded, and possesses good interpersonal skills.
This person demonstrates a commitment to learning and growth by regularly attending courses and practicing scripts and dialogues.
General Job Responsibilities
1. The ISA will maintain follow-up with previous contacts to schedule appointments.
2. The assistant will qualify seller motivation using the Lead Sheet script and schedule appointments.
3. Prioritize outbound calls to past leads not contacted within the first four days.
4. Manage call lists and database entry daily.
5. The primary responsibility is handling inbound calls and leads.
6. Determine whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer or listing their home through prospecting.
Communications and Interactions
* Daily communication with Acquisition Agents, VA's, Lead Manager, and other ISAs.
* Knowledge and skills in scripts and dialogues.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with contact management software and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
* Good organizational abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Data entry and research skills.
* Minimum of a high school diploma.
* One to three years of service and management experience.
* Three to five years of administrative experience.
Job Types and Compensation
* Full-time and Part-time available.
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
