Job Opportunity: Senior Nurse Leadership Role
The Portland District Health is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join their leadership team as an Assistant Director of Nursing.
As a senior nurse leader, you will provide operational guidance and management to ensure the strategic plan is met. You will be responsible for assisting clinical divisions and serving as a human/management resource, especially out of business hours.
Interactions with staff, patients, and relatives will be guided by the organization's values of wisdom, courage, and compassion.
* You must be a Registered Nurse with current registration from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) via Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Advanced Life Support qualification is required.
* A minimum of 6 years of clinical experience in various areas is necessary.
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications in human resource management or leadership/management are beneficial.
Key responsibilities include:
Operational Leadership
