Front of House and Concierge Role

Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
* Filter and channel information to the appropriate staff members.
* Maintain a polished and inviting front of house area.
* Assist with marketing design and material.
* Provide general administration support to the team.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with a strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous office experience with an outstanding phone manner is essential. Competence in Microsoft Word and Outlook is also required.
A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude is necessary for this role. Prior real estate experience is not essential, but the opportunity to progress is available. This is a full-time role, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
