In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid search and social media campaigns across various platforms to achieve our business objectives. About the company: My client is a leading IT Infrastucture specialist that also provides comptuing harware, software and networking IT Technology. This role is based in Bella Vista and has Hybrid working. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Manage and optimise all aspects of paid campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform-specific reporting tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximise campaign ROI. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and seamless customer journeys. Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paid advertising platforms and best practices. What you'll bring: Proven hands-on experience (4 years) managing and optimising significant budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics for comprehensive campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting. Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and how paid channels contribute to each stage. Demonstrable experience with keyword research tools, audience segmentation, and ad creative best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are highly regarded. Experience with ecommerce or Internet/ utility provider companies is an added bonus.
