About the Role
We're seeking motivated 2nd Class Welders / Fabrication Trades Assistants to join our Carlisle workshop. This is a hands-on role supporting our fabrication team with the production and assembly of high-quality, custom-designed equipment.
Your work will include:
* Assisting with light fabrication and welding tasks.
* Supporting the assembly of components and products.
* Working alongside qualified tradespeople, learning and developing fabrication skills.
* Maintaining safe, clean, and efficient workshop practices.
This role is ideal for candidates who have some experience or training in fabrication/welding and want to build their skills further in a supportive and innovative environment.

What You'll Need
* Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights.
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening.
* Current driver's licence.
* Basic understanding of fabrication and light welding processes.
* Previous experience in fabrication, welding, or assembly (desirable but not essential).
* A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
