We're seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our operations in the Bowen Basin. Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the daily maintenance of cleaning operations throughout the village.
* Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, ensuring schedules and standards are met.
* Manage cleaning rosters, timesheets, and staff rotations.
* Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and service levels.
* Assist with budget management and stock level reviews, placing orders when needed.
* Respond to emails and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
* Coordinate ongoing maintenance programs for periodical cleaning.

Skills & Qualifications
* Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning operations is essential.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with a customer service focus.
* Knowledge of floor maintenance and high‑level cleaning practices.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
* Willingness to obtain or hold a Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 certification.
* Self‑motivated and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and initiative.
