What You'll Be Doing
Your week will be dynamic, independent, and highly people-focused, including:
* Generating leads and converting them into new managements
* Nurturing relationships and maintaining an active, engaged client database
* Working collaboratively with Sales and Property Management teams
* Conducting rental appraisals and valuations
* Preparing appraisal letters, leasing documentation and management authorities
* Representing Fletchers professionally in the local community and at appointments
Who You Are
You're an experienced and driven BDM who is energised by growth and client interaction. You'll bring:
* Experience in a BDM Property Management role
* Excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, and strong communication
* Proactivity, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* An ability to commit to achievable KPIs
* A process‑driven approach with an eye for improving efficiency
* A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent's License
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Knowledge of PropertyMe, Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate (highly regarded)
* A natural talent for networking, nurturing relationships and delivering outstanding client care
