About the Role
This position involves delivering comprehensive psychiatric services to young people aged 0–18 at multiple sites across north-west Tasmania, providing clinical leadership and contributing to the development of mental health programs in the region.
* Mental Health Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for young patients.
* Clinical Reviews: Participate in regular reviews of patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
* Collaboration and Consultancy: Work closely with specialists, general practitioners, and other service providers to ensure effective care coordination.
* Clinical Governance: Ensure all clinical practices meet the required standards of excellence and adhere to relevant guidelines.
